Census Import and Shared Database Integration

If you already have an employer in one DPI system, the information will be automatically added to the other systems. Plus, if you are converting to DPI-COBRA from another COBRA system, our set-up wizards and import capabilities make it a convenient and comprehensive process.

Web Empowerment

Through the myRSC.com web portal, you can keep your clients informed and even allow employers to update critical information, reducing your manual input and the number of customer service calls.

Currently, COBRA participants can view the status of their benefits and payments received. Employers can input Qualified Events online and view the status of COBRA participants, qualified beneficiaries, and terminated participants.

In the very near future, employers will also be able to log on and add participants, addresses, dependents, benefits, etc., which will save you even more time and effort.
